The closest international airport is Athens International Airport. From there, Nea Styra is about a 2–2.5 hour journey depending on your route.
If your flight arrives late in the evening or you’d like time to explore, we recommend spending a night in Athens before heading to the coast. Athens has wonderful food, historic sites, and plenty of hotels near the airport or in the city center.
-
The easiest way to reach Nea Styra and get around the area is by renting a car at the airport. Major international rental agencies operate directly inside the arrivals hall, including:
Hertz
Avis
Enterprise Rent-A-Car
Sixt
There are also several reliable local Greek rental companies that can be more affordable.
Make sure it has good ground clearance, as the last 2 km to the venue is a dirt road.

Ferry to Evia
To reach the island of Evia, you’ll take a short ferry from the mainland port of Agia Marina Port to Nea Styra Port.
The ferry is quick and scenic—about 30 minutes across the Aegean—and runs regularly throughout the day.
Traveling with a car: simply drive onto the ferry and continue driving once you arrive in Nea Styra.
Traveling without a car: you can board the ferry on foot and take a short taxi ride once you arrive.
From the Nea Styra port, Villa Delenia is only a short drive away.
-
If you prefer to avoid the ferry, you can also drive from Athens to Evia via bridge.
Drive north from Athens across the Euripus Bridge near Chalkida, then follow the coastal road south to Nea Styra.
This route takes about 3–3.5 hours total, depending on traffic, and offers beautiful coastal scenery along the way.
