Guests Staying at the Villa

Welcome! We’re so excited to share this special place with you for the week. Villa Delenia will be our home base as we celebrate together, relax by the sea, and spend time with some of our favorite people. We hope you enjoy the views, the sunshine, and the chance to slow down and enjoy Greece with us.

The Villa

Villa Delenia is a beautiful seaside 5 acre estate that includes 3 stone houses, a barn conversion, and cottage. The property features several charming buildings surrounded by gardens, terraces, and sweeping views of the Aegean Sea. With plenty of outdoor spaces to relax, gather, and enjoy the sunshine, the villa offers the perfect setting for a week of celebration, swimming, and time together in Greece. Take a look at an aerial overview of the property here!

Saltwater Pool

The saltwater pool is the perfect place to cool off and relax under the Greek sun. With views of the sea and plenty of space to lounge nearby, it’s an ideal spot for a swim or an afternoon unwind.

Turkish Steam Room

For a little extra relaxation, the villa features a traditional Turkish-style steam room. It’s a peaceful space to recharge, especially after a long day in the sun or a late night celebrating.

Basketball/ Tennis Court

The villa’s multi-use sport court is set up for both tennis and basketball. Grab a racquet or a ball and enjoy a casual game with friends while taking in the surrounding scenery.

Kayaks

A few kayaks are available for guests who want to explore the coastline from the water. Paddle along the shore, take in the views, and enjoy the calm Aegean Sea up close.

Where will I be staying?

To help everyone get settled, we’ve put together the room assignments for guests staying at the villa. Each space is a little different, but all are comfortable and close to the festivities. Take a moment to find your room and see who you’ll be sharing the week with.

House Rules

❄️ AC: Please switch off the air conditioning before leaving your room. Electricity is very expensive in Greece, and at Delenia it’s especially costly because of the high overall consumption, the more that’s used, the higher the price per kWh. Thank you for helping us keep usage reasonable!

🚽 Toilet Paper: When in Greece, please do not throw toilet paper in the toilet, as it can easily cause blockages in the plumbing system. Bins are provided in the bathrooms.

🐱 Kizette the Cat: If you’d like to give Kizette some water, it would be much appreciated! She enjoys the occasional scrap, but nothing spicy, peppery, or too exotic since it doesn’t agree with cats. Small amounts only, please. Disposable bowls have been left out for water and food. She’s not allowed inside the house, so please don’t invite her in, some guests may not be cat lovers, and it can be confusing for her.

👩‍🔧 Villa Staff: Staff are on hand throughout the stay to help ensure everything runs smoothly.

📶 Wi-Fi: Please try not to connect too many devices at the same time. The villa uses satellite internet with access points in all buildings. If you need to take a work call or do anything bandwidth-heavy, it’s best to connect your laptop via an ethernet cable.
